Hello again guys!

Its a Bank Holiday Weekend Again…

Learning a language is becoming a “Cool” thing…apparently.

Different people do it for different reasons; some people learn a language for business, some learn it for fun, some learn it because they want to (don’t ask me why), and some learn it because they like the culture and they want to learn more about the country…(am in the last category by the way).

You can say its fun in the beginning, but after a while it slowly becomes boring and repetitive.

First of all; if you want to learn a language, repetition is the best way, and there is no way around that. But; what you can do is to make it fun for your self. By that I mean do the things you like in the language you are learning. If you like music, listen to music in the language you are learning, if you like books get some audio books in that language and so on…(assuming you are learning…if you can read it, by all means get a book to read).

Reading and writing are easy to learn when you are not in native environment or you can learn them on your won without any major problems, but the hard thing about learning a language is the speaking part. Most people create their own sound to begin with lool…you are not supposed to do that, try your hardiest to imitate the native speaker of the language, find a way to do that!
To start with you will be confused because you cant understand anything that anybody says DON’T PANIC its normal. There are four main stages that you will go through if you are learning a language.

1.    Every thing you hear will be gibberish
2.    You will pick up the words you understand
3.    You start picking up phrases
4.    You know everything except for a few words

Just practice, practice, practice…focus, focus, focus and GOOD LUCK!
